           A.  Is it your goal to keep the  

                 house?

           B.  Is it your goal to move on and 

                 try to keep the foreclosure off your credit report 

           C.  If I sell the House, will this stop the foreclosure and can I keep the                    profit.

2.  If you want to keep the house, the following things or a combination of the following needs to happen.

If you have the money, you can bring your mortgage current and this will stop the foreclosure.  Now if you had extra money in the first place you probably would not be behind!
